By accessing or using The Candidate’s Edge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service
The Candidate’s Edge is intended for individual job seekers to receive AI-powered resume and interview support. Use of the Service is limited to your personal, non-commercial job search.

You may not:

• Share your account or login with others

• Use the Service for business, coaching, or recruitment purposes

• Repackage or resell the Service’s outputs or tools

2. Fair Usage Policy
We offer generous access to our resume and mock interview tools to help support your job search. However, to ensure fair access and manage costs, we apply the following usage limits:

• Resume Reviews: Unlimited usage is included with all paid plans.

• Mock Interviews: Up to 10 mock interview sessions per user per 30-day period are included with each paid plan.

Users who exceed their included mock interview usage may:

• Wait until the next billing cycle

• Or purchase an add-on credit pack (5 additional sessions for $4.99)

Abuse of this policy — including automated submissions or excessive repetitive usage — may result in temporary suspension or account restriction.

3. Free Trial
If offered, the free trial includes limited access to the Service and may include restricted resume reviews or mock interviews. Trial access may not include all features and is intended for personal evaluation only. Multiple trial accounts are not permitted.

4. Payments and Refunds
All subscriptions and add-on purchases are non-refundable once activated. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain available through the end of your billing cycle.

You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancelation, upgrades, and renewals. No refunds will be issued for unused time or unused mock interview credits.

5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of your resume content and mock interview responses. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your content using third-party AI technologies for the sole purpose of providing feedback and generating interview materials.

6. Disclaimers
The resume and interview feedback provided through the Service is generated using artificial intelligence and is for informational purposes only. The Candidate’s Edge does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

We do not provide legal, financial, or psychological advice.

7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including pricing plans, usage limits, or available features.

You will be notified of material changes to these Terms.
