Refund Policy

At The Candidate’s Edge, we provide instant access to career tools. Because our services are delivered digitally and immediately after purchase, all sales are final. We want you to have a great experience — and we’re here to help if something’s not right.

 

1. Subscription Plans

All subscription purchases are non-refundable.
Once your plan starts, you’ll have full access to the included features until the end of your billing cycle. Most of our subscriptions are for a fixed period and do not auto-renew. If your plan is set to auto-renew, you can cancel anytime by visiting My Subscriptions. Please review plan details carefully before purchase.

 

2. One-Time Purchases

Products like resume downloads, practice exams or interview reports are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in the Terms & Conditions at checkout. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at support@thecandidatesedge.com.

 

3. Billing Errors or Exceptional Cases

If you believe you were charged in error — such as a duplicate transaction — email us at support@thecandidatesedge.com within 7 days of the charge. We’ll investigate and do our best to make it right.

 

4. How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your plan anytime from the My Subscriptions page. Canceling will end your access and does not trigger a refund for any unused time.
