We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on most one-time purchases like our 6-month practice exam access, study guides & interview tools. If you're not satisfied, email support@thecandidatesedge.com within 7 days of your purchase and include your order details. We'll review your request and issue a refund when eligible. ​Refunds are intended for genuine issues so we may ask for feedback or usage details to help us improve and prevent misuse.

Monthly Subscription Plans

All monthly subscription purchases are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime.Once your plan starts, you’ll have full access to the included features until the end of your billing cycle. To cancel, visit your My Subscriptions page. Please review plan details carefully before purchase.

Billing Errors or Exceptional Cases

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate transaction) email us at support@thecandidatesedge.com within 7 days of the charge. We’ll investigate and correct any mistakes promptly.

 

How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your plan anytime from the My Subscriptions page. Canceling does not refund unused time on your current plan.
